Who we are

We are Supply Chain Media. Supply Chain Media sets itself apart through its ability to connect people, in combination with its commitment to disseminating and sharing unique, high-quality content in various languages. Its partner network can make use of best practices – such as innovative mind maps, subway maps and self-assessment tools – but there are also custom-made opportunities to develop co-creations which draw on a partner’s in-depth knowledge and expertise. Supply Chain Media is best known for its Dutch-language publication Supply Chain Magazine and the English-language magazine, Supply Chain Movement.

What information do we collect
When you subscribe for a magazine subscription (on- or offline):
First and last name, Company name, Address, Country job title, credit card information, phone/mobile number and email address
When you subscribe to our newsletter:
First and last name, Company name, job title, Country and email address
When you join our Executive Club:
First and last name, Company name, job title, credit card information (incase payment via CC), phone/mobile number and email address
When you become a partner:
First and last name, Company name, Address, Country, job title, phone/mobile number and email address.
When you download a white paper:
First and last name, Company name, job title, Country and email address
When entering our sites:

Purpose of gathered information
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To improve our website based on feedback
To improve customer service
To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
To send periodic emails in case of consent.

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

When do we share personal data:
– When you get a magazine subscription, we share information with our printer
– When you subscribe to our newsletters, we share information with MailChimp
– When you download our app, we share information with the developer
– When you download a co-created white paper, we share information with the co-creator

Storage of information
Your information will be stored in our CRM system PublishZo, WordPress, MultiPaySafe and Snelstart.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. Your address data will be used up to three years after ending your subscription.

How do we secure personal data
Via a DrayTek security router all the information is stored reliably.

Disclosure to outside parties
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties/co-creators who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, we will only release this information with your consent.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
